Adults

At Fountain Inn Presbyterian Church, adults worship corporately to renew weekly and go out to serve. Adults are also called to nurture youth and children in their faith.

Sunday School

We have two adult Sunday School classes.  The Cox-Agape Class meets downstairs in the educational builidng behind the Fellowship Hall and is using quarterly lectionary based curriculum.  The Roger Broyles Class meets upstairs in the educational building and uses a variety of curriculum resources for their class discussions.

Being the Body of Christ

Adults can grow and nurture their faith by participating in the Sunday School program, attending women’s circles or men’s breakfasts, volunteering time and talents for church activities, and joining in shared adult fellowship events with other churches. Visit our calendar to see upcoming events, and feel free to drop in and join us!

Men’s and Women’s Ministries

Presbyterian Women’s Circles meet on the first Tuesday of the month January through May and September through December. The Morning Circle meets at 10 am, and the Evening Circle meets at 6:30 pm.

Men of the Church meet for breakfast and fellowship the last Sunday of the month at 8:30 am in the Fellowship Hall.

Opportunities to Serve

Adults are needed to serve in church as ushers, helpers with children and youth activities, nursery volunteers, choir members, handbell players, and as members of the various committees of the church. Those committees include Youth, Administrative, Worship, Property, Christian Education, and Commitment, which includes missions. Please contact the pastor if you would like to share your time in service in one of these ways. Learn more about opportunities for youth and adults to serve our church.

Fellowship and Outreach

INN Motion, our monthly adult fellowship group, regularly meets the third Thursday of every month.  This group meets at the church for lunches and programs, and also gathers for off site excursions.

Adults are also encouraged to get involved service and missions opportunities in the local community and the world. Learn more.
