Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior; Christ alone is the head of the church.
God is personal and has revealed himself as the Trinity of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God redeems us in Christ and moves in our hearts by the Holy Spirit.
All humankind has fallen because of sin and thus is in need of a Savior: Jesus Christ. On the cross, Jesus bore our sin, making atonement by His blood. In Christ, we are forgiven and raised to new life. As humans, we are saved by the grace of God through Jesus Christ. We do not earn or deserve God’s salvation; instead, we receive it as a gift by God’s grace and love.
Both the Old and New Testaments of the Bible are the inspired and authoritative Word of God.
The Sacraments of Communion and Baptism were instituted by God and commended by Christ. They are visible signs of God’s invisible grace and mark us for service in the world.
